300g Cream cheese
100g Corn starch
5g Baking powder
5g Lemon peel (grated)
1 egg (white and yolk separated)
330 ml Milk
120ml Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce suitable amount
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C. Pour cream cheese and egg yolk in a Pyrex mixing bowl whisk until smooth. Whisk the milk and whipped cream in a separate bowl, then gently pour into the cheese and egg yolk mixture and mix further.
- Sift the flour and cornstarch into the mixture in step 1 and add grated lemon peel. Put egg whites and baking powder in another bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Continuously add sugar and mix well. Add this into the flour and cheese mixture and continue mixing until light and fluffy.
- Pour this into a Pyrex (pie plate or baking dish) Bake for about 45-50min in oven. Cool for about 3 hours in the refrigerator and decorate with chocolate sauce.
