1 tsp of cinnamon powder

1/4 cup of sugar

4 tbsp butter

Five slices bread

1/2 cups of raisins

2 cups of milk

2 eggs


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put cinnamon and sugar in the ball.
  2. Break bread into small pieces into a square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over bread. If desired, sprinkle with raisins.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk sugar, cinnamon. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread and leave for 15mins untl the mixture has soaked and covered the bread
  4. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.
