400 g tuna
500 ml water
Slices of bread
Olive oil (Suitable amount)
Salt and pepper to garnish
- Put the tuna in the pot and bring it to a boil.
- Cut the tuna into cubes and continue boiling for 10 minutes. Let the tuna sit in the pot for half a day. Drain the pot/
- To the tuna, add a suitable amount of olive and store in glass bottles.
- For immediate serving, place tuna, chopped onions, celery and parsley on toasted bread. Garnish with salt and pepper.
