Boiled Tuna

400 g tuna

500 ml water

1/3 onion

1/6 celery


Slices of bread

Olive oil (Suitable amount)

Salt and pepper to garnish


  1. Put the tuna in the pot and bring it to a boil.
  2. Cut the tuna into cubes and continue boiling for 10 minutes. Let the tuna sit in the pot for half a day. Drain the pot/
  3. To the tuna, add a suitable amount of olive and store in glass bottles.
  4. For immediate serving, place tuna, chopped onions, celery and parsley on toasted bread. Garnish with salt and pepper.
