200g minced beef (75%fats)

2 Tbsp Bulgogi Marinade

1 egg

2 cloves of garlic

1 cloves of shallot

1 white onion

2 tsp corn flour

1 litre of Water

Salt and Pepper

Tomato (Personal Preference)

Lettuce (Personal Preference)

Burger bun


1. Chop white onion, shallot and garlic finely.

2. In a Pyrex mixing bowl, add mince beef, chopped white onions, shallots, garlic and the bulgogi marinade. Mix well. Leave the mix in a fridge overnight if possible or at least for 2 hours for the flavour to immerse.

3. Before cooking, pat the mincemeat into a cookie ring to form a patty and heat up the Corningware Retroflam frying pan with a little olive oil.

4. Once oil is hot, place the patty and shear for 2 mins on each side.

5. Spread the mozzarella cheese on the patty and place them into an oven for 1 min till the cheese melt.

6. Pan-fry an egg using the same Corningware Retroflam fry pan.

7. When the patty and egg are done, assemble the burger on a Corelle luncheon plate.
