Ingredients

4-5 stalks of celery

1 carrot

1 can of baby corn

1 red pepper

Chicken seasoning to taste

3 tbsp cooking oil

Directions for Stir-Fry Mixed Vegetables

  1. Peel the celery and carrot and slice into sections. Slice the red peppers thinly.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil on a frying pan on high heat. Add in celery, carrots and peppers and fry until bright in colour before adding corn.
  3. Season with chicken stock powder and some water. Serve with rice.
