1 box jumbo pasta shells

4 slices ham

1 bag chopped romaine lettuce

1 cup chopped Roma (plum) tomatoes

3/4 cup chopped cucumber

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1/3 cup vinaigrette dressing



Directions for Shell Pasta Salad

  1. Boil the pasta shells as directed on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Separate shells and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Blanch frozen mixed vegetables
  3. Combine sliced ham, frozen mixed vegetables, 1 bag chopped romaine lettuce, 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes, and 3/4 cup chopped cucumber in a large PYRWX bowl. Pour 1/3 cup vinaigrette dressing over salad and toss to coat. Stuff pasta shells with lettuce mixture and serve.
  4. Place in PYREX baking dish to refrigerate or serve immediately.
