8 pcs Prawn

30 gram Motorcar flour

30 gram Corn flour

1 egg (Beaten)

½ teaspoon Salt

¼ teaspoon Pepper

5 gm Ebikko

Wasabi Mayo

80 gm Mayonnaise

30 gm Wasabi

10 ml Honey

10 ml Condensed milk


  1. Combine the corn flour and motorcar flour into mixing bowl and mix it well.
  2. Season the prawn with salt & pepper coat the prawn with egg wash after that coat it again with motorcar flour and corn flour, and deep-fried it with oil on medium heat in a Corningware Retroflam Wok Pan.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise with wasabi, honey and condensed milk in a small mixing bowl to whisk it till mix together and ready to use.
  4. Lastly, tossed the prawn into the mixing bowl with wasabi mayo and add in flying fish roe “Ebikko” and ready to serve.
