100g Lychee, diced

100g Shrimp, minced

100g minced chicken

100g Spring onion, chopped

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Fish Sauce

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tsp corn starch

10-15 Wonton wraps

30g chives

1/4 cup of vegetable oil


  1. Combine Lychee, Shrimp, Chicken, Spring Onion, Soy sauce, Fish sauce, Garlic and Corn Starch into a Pyrex bowl and mix well.
  2. Scoop a spoonful of mixture and place them in the center of the wonton wrap and start by folding up the corners to bind them together. Tie the bind with a piece of sautéed chive.
  3. Heat up Corningware Retroflam sauce pan with the vegetable oil and fry the dumpling till golden brown.
  4. Serve your guest with our Corelle plate with mayonnaise or any preferred sauce.
